Alleo strengthens position in the benefits market with acquisition of The Office Service

Amsterdam, Tuesday May 6 – Alleo, the fast-growing employee benefits platform, has acquired The Office Service B.V. (TOS). With this strategic move, Alleo reinforces its position as the market leader in smart and flexible employee benefits, and expands its client portfolio with renowned organizations including Allen & Overy, Cisco en Loyens & Loeff.

TOS: convenience, vitality, and engagement in a single platform

Since 2012, TOS has specialised in employee wellbeing, offering a wide range of services that promote vitality, convenience, and work-life balance. Through the TOS platform, employees gain access to online workouts, convenience services, and relaxation activities. This unique combination of offerings aligns perfectly with Alleo’s vision.

A strategic expansion of the offering

Through this acquisition, TOS customers gain access to Alleo’s broader ecosystem, with benefits in areas such as mobility (including bike leasing), financial wellbeing, culture, and personal development all seamlessly integrated both within and outside the Dutch work-related cost scheme (WKR). Existing clients will experience no disruption to their services, but will benefit from expanded options.

"With the acquisition of TOS, we’re equipping employers with even more tools to make a real difference for their people," says Florian Gendrault, founder of Alleo. "TOS has built an outstanding reputation and fits perfectly with our product vision: to create real impact for employees, with a benefits package that aligns with their lives and needs."
